HCCAA currently has funding to provide assistance in the areas of Rent/Mortgage assistance, Utility assistance, Internet, Food Cards, Transportation, Childcare expenses, and Medical/Prescription expenses. The HELP Centers in our service area are currently closed to the public, but you have a couple of options which make it easy to apply:
CLIENT KIOSK - A new client kiosk is available to applicants who have the capability to upload documents via personal computer or Smart Phone. Visit the HCCAA home page at http://hccaa.com and click on the Emergency Disaster Relief-COVID-19 tab. There you can find more information about emergency disaster relief, eligibility, and how to apply for services. A client checklist is available on the webpage to assist you through the process. APPLY BY TELEPHONE OR MAIL - Applicants may contact one of the centers and your application will be taken over the phone or you can request to receive an application by mail.
