COVID-19 Reopening Guidelines for City of Rockdale Phase I

In response to Governor Abbott's "Open Texas" guidelines, the City of Rockdale management staff has prepared a plan for Rockdale to take the phased-in approach and reopen city facilities and amenities. The attached list includes steps that will be taken.

Dumpster Available for Customers at City Yard (thru May)

Due to limited trash services thru the end of May, the City has a dumpster available to our trash customers (on a limited basis) at the City Yard. The dumpster is for excessive household trash ONLY. No bulk items will be allowed.

Trash Services Limited for Customers (thru May)

Waste Connections has notified the City that they will only service GREEN CARTS(and dumpsters) thru the end of May. Trash MUST be bagged in cart. NO bulk or additional bags/items will be serviced during this time in order to protect the workers' health.

PHI Cares - Milam County Membership Upgrade

Milam County residents can use the attached form to upgrade their PHI Air Medical emergency transport membership to national household benefit coverage. This option provides extended benefits beyond Milam County to other PHI Cares coverage areas.
